Kelly started her career in Indianapolis as an AmeriCorp Volunteer in Service to America (VISTA) Fellow at Butler University’s Center for Urban Ecology where she worked on the Reconnecting to Our Waterways (ROW) initiative. She has continued working for ROW and believes in its mission to make Indianapolis waterways’ community assets and places where people can experience nature and beauty
